Application and timelines

Applicants should fill the online Registration form (selecting Apply in the top menu) . The deadline is December 30, 2024. Students from non-EU institutes/universities should provide a recommendation letter, to be sent to the School contact persons (alessandro.bacchetta@unipv.it, elena.santopinto@ge.infn.it). All applicants will be informed about acceptance by January 17, 2025. The courses will begin on Monday February 17, 2025, in the morning and will end on Friday, February 28 at noon.

Accomodation

The school can admit up to fifty participants. Accomodation in double rooms will be provided for a total price of about 500 euros (12 nights). Lunches during the week-days will be offered on site, free of charge, to all participants. Financial support for accomodation expenses may be provided, upon request, to a selected number of participants (about 25).

Exams

Students will have the possibility to take exams for the courses, if requested by their doctoral school. Such students, if accepted, are invited to contact the organizers before the opening of the school. The final format for the exams will be determined later on.
