    5. D-branes in non-trivial backgrounds (Boundary CFT, WZW branes, Myers effect, g-theorem)
    6. Brane engineering (Intersecting branes, quiver gauge theories, mirror symmetry)
    7. Introduction to holography (black branes, decoupling limits, D-brane as probes)
